You can register as an entire team ready to go and we love that. But sometimes you’re not quite there yet, and that’s ok! Got a few mates but not the full squad, get in contact and we’ll see if we can find you a few more players. You’re an individual? What you need to know before Round 1.
A few things to note before we get to the fun!
Fees and payment
Registration is $120 per player. Players also require the $30 Annual Tag League Membership. Players should be financial before taking the field.
Uniforms
Tag League shorts or tights are required. Numbered team shirts or singlets should be arranged early in the season (prior to Round 3).
Game format
Games are played on Monday nights with fixtures published during the season. Finals are included within the 8 week competition.
Team numbers
Teams should aim for 10 to 15 players to cover weekly availability, substitutions and finals eligibility.
Wet weather
Weather updates are communicated through Tag League channels. Players should check official updates before travelling in poor weather.
Finals eligibility
Players may need to meet eligibility requirements to play finals. Captains should ensure all players are registered correctly from the start.
