Referee Training
The next Tag League Referee Training & Accreditation Course/s are available on the following dates;
LEVEL 1 - Entry Level Training
After succesfully completing the exam, participants will be invited to on field training, where they will be partnered with an experienced referee and mentor who will familiarise them with field control procedures and techniques. After a successful review, trainee referees will be invited to officiate low level games under supervision, allowing them to build their skills and progress through the referee ranks.
Whilst courses are Free, we would ask that persons wishing to attend please send us an email or call us so we can ensure we have enough space to accommodate all participants in a Covid-Safe way, as well as provide adequate refereshments. Level 1 training is the first step in becoming an accredited referee. Participants can expect to be taken through the rules, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions throughout the session.
